Time Warp
TimeWarp is a little confusing to calculate. It has a base duration
of 2 minutes, and a cooldown of 5 minutes (for yellow/red/blue stars, 600x longer in white stars). More specifically, the duration of the effect
is always 2 minutes in "real" time (20h in white stars), the listed duration will be 2 minutes multiplied by the speedup multiplier. The cooldown
is a nominal 5 minutes, but this cooldown is reduced by the multiplier, so the cooldown effectively gets shorter as the TW level goes up.
Where this becomes extra-special is at level-12, where the cooldown time is actually shorter than the effect duration, so it can always be
renewed as soon as it runs out (this is especially useful in White Stars where it can be scheduled).
